We provide support to London local authority HR teams and enable them to share knowledge and best practice workforce and employee experience policies and strategies.
The London Regional Employers’ Organisation provides support to London local authority HR/OD teams and enable them to share knowledge and best practice workforce and employee experience policies and strategies.
We provide:
- Support to the Greater London Provincial Council and the Greater London Employment Forum, which are the committees for London local government employers and employee (unions) groups.
- We act as the Employers’ side secretary for management of the committees and the London Agreement which incorporates key pay and employment conditions for London borough employees. And we provide support to resolve London borough employment disputes that are referred to the London Provincial Council for resolution.
- Provide the Greater London Provincial Council Job Evaluation Scheme under sold license agreements and training and job evaluations services.
- Promote the sharing of knowledge and employment practices which support improvement and efficiency in public service delivery in London.
- Provide a hub of HR policies and procedures from all 32 London Boroughs and City of London
